Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders due to a change of mind. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Here’s what you can do:
- Contact our customer service via email address, or Live Chat.
- Have your order number ready when contacting customer service.
- We cannot guarantee changes to orders after 2 hours of placement. This is because orders may be processed once received

You can track your order by checking the shipping confirmation email, which contains a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. Alternatively, log in to your account on our website, navigate to "My Orders," and click on the tracking link provided for your order.

If part of your order is missing, please check the shipping confirmation email to see if the items were sent separately. If all items should have arrived together or if you have concerns, contact our customer service team with your order number. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. All goods being returned must be sealed in their original boxes or packaging including any tags, and then safely packaged. You are responsible for the return of the items, and any damage caused to them whilst in transit back to us may affect your chances of a full refund.
Marked, scuffed or dirty shoes and/or items displaying obvious evidence of wear will be returned to the customer. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
Please note: Our online store cannot accept any returns/faulty items purchased from one of our stores. All items purchased in store, must be returned to store.

We do not offer exchanges online. Please return your order via FREE returns (ROI only) for refund and place a new order for your desired item.
However, if you can visit one of our branch’s items purchased on danceworld.ie can also be accepted in either of our stores for exchange with proof of purchase.

Once we receive your returned item, processing typically takes up to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or the exchanged item will be shipped promptly.

We advise to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged show box as this is considered part of the product.
Items should be returned to us within 30 days. Returns outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
