Place each pad inside the forefoot of the shoe, with the patterned gel facing the lining and the fabric facing your foot. Check that it lies flat and leaves comfortable room for your toes.

Dance World Tip: Try the pads with your usual dance tights or socks and a few gentle movements before class. If an edge catches beneath your toes or the shoe feels crowded, adjust the position and reassess the fit.
