Tendu Toe Tape – Application & Shoe Fit

Apply to clean, dry, intact skin, smoothing out creases and edges. Avoid tight wrapping and check the fit with your usual padding in place. Your toes should lie naturally without feeling crowded or restricted.

Dance World Tip: Bring your usual tape and padding to your next pointe fitting. If the same area keeps rubbing, ask your fitter to review your shoes and padding arrangement.

Supplied as one 10 m roll. Cut a strip to suit the area you want to protect.

• Start with clean, dry, intact skin, free from foot cream or oil.
• Cut a small piece and lay it smoothly over the chosen area. Avoid wrinkles and do not pull or wrap it tightly around the toe.
• Gently press the tape into place, smoothing the edges.
• Add your usual padding and try on your pointe shoes. Check that the toes can lie naturally and move comfortably.
• Remove the tape slowly and gently after use. Discard used strips and use fresh tape for the next session.

Store in a cool, dry place, as directed on the packaging. Keep the roll protected from dust, moisture and loose fibres in your dance bag. Handle the adhesive surface as little as possible before applying and keep unused tape clean between sessions.
