Tendu Vamp Elastic – Finding the Right Fit

A high arch alone does not mean you need vamp elastic. Ask your teacher or pointe shoe fitter to assess how your foot moves within the shoe, alongside the shoe’s fit and condition. They can help you choose the placement and tension.
