The UG220 is intended to fit closely and securely against the body. Use your waist measurement and the So Danca adult size chart rather than choosing automatically from your usual casual clothing size.

For the most accurate measurement, wrap the tape around the area where the dance belt waistband will sit. Keep the tape level and comfortably close without pulling it tight.

How to Wear
Wear the dance belt directly against the skin as the first layer beneath tights, unitards, shorts or costumes.

Position the front support comfortably before pulling the outer layer into place. Check that the waistband lies flat and that the thong back has not twisted.
