A booking fee is required to secure your pointe shoe fitting appointment.

The booking fee is fully redeemable against any pointe shoe or pointe shoe accessory purchase made on the day of your fitting.
The value of the booking fee will be deducted from your final purchase total.
If no purchase is made on the day of the fitting, the booking fee is non-refundable.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the booking fee being forfeited.
